After Barkha Dutt, Ravish Kumar’s Twitter handle hacked by Legion

The latest series of online attacks comes days after the same group hacked twitter handles of Rahul Gandhi, Indian National Congress, and businessman Vijay Mallya. Journalist Ravish Kumar’s Twitter handle was hacked by a group called ‘Legion‘, hours after it hacked into the Tweets account of his friend and consulting editor of NDTV Barkha Dutt. Protecting its actions, the cyber-terrorist on Sunday said, “We use twitter as a means to reach the public. We don’t just hack twitter accounts. Proceed through the data and discover. ”
The hacking group also warned that another series of the online strike will be against previous IPL chairman Lalit Modi. “Coming up next -@LalitKModi leaks. Stay configured. ” The tweets, however, were taken off the recognized handle immediately. This comes days after the same group hacked Twitter deals with of Rahul Gandhi, National congress, and Businessman Vijay Mallya.
The cyber-terrorist had also tweeted away Dutt’s email address and its password while glorifying the group saying “Long live the legion”. The tweets, which contained unpleasant language, were deleted immediately. However, a tweet stating “Remember kids, e-mail all of us at legion_group@sigaint. org if you have useful information or sp00lz” continues to be pinned on top.
Earlier recently, the group had distributed liquor baron Mallya’s address and phone number in London in addition to some documents in the investment and other details pertaining to his residency working in London. Relating to the hackers, they have designed a fight against ‘corrupt’ people. They experienced also tweeted that they’re going to release a couple of documents within the next few times and will also release Congress emails on Starting of the year.
