Microsoft accidentally published a new build of Windows 10 for PCs and mobile devices. As it turned out, the update incapacitates smartphones and tablets, triggering an infinite loop of reboots.

Build 16212 is not intended for release, but mistakenly been sent to insiders, and even some users are not taking part in the Windows Insider program. The only way to renew the mobile device to work with the installed assembly 16212 – reset using the Windows Device Recovery Tool, but in this case, all the files stored on your device will be lost.

After resetting, the owner of the problem device has to re-register with the Windows Insider program. It should be borne in mind that provided under the Windows Insider assembly OS is designed to be installed on the operating device, as they may contain errors.
