Very polite, hackers come up with an ingenious way to report a vulnerability

It is difficult to think of a better way to notify about problems with network security, than to publish a warning on a giant billboard.
This is what hackers cracked one of the electronic billboards in a big Liverpool One (Liverpool, UK) mall.
Unknown persons broke into the billboard, and brought to the screen a message: “We assume that you will improve your safety. Yours sincerely, friendly neighborhood hackers. ” Photo billboard first appeared on Reddit forum. The authenticity of the image to confirm or deny difficult as representatives of the shopping center have refused to comment on the situation.
Search for photos in Google does not give relevant results, and therefore, a new photo. The only thing that is known – Liverpool One really is a client manufacturer Elonex billboards (the picture shows the billboard of its production). Complaints about the incident have been received in the county police.
