India’s biggest Union Public Service Commission Exam Portal UPSC Website Hacked | Cyberops –
The UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) website has been hacked which handled by the government on Monday.
The Union Public Service Commission is India’s premier central recruiting agency. It is responsible for appointments to and examinations for All India services. While Department of Personnel and Training is the central personnel agency in India.
Hacker’s deface the website and showed a photo of Doraemon cartoon along with their title song. Hackers write the caption on photo “Doreaemon!!!! Pick up the call”. The page also shows “I.M. STEWPEED” at bottom.
According to UPSC, the content of the website is owned and managed by UPSC unlike other government websites which are usually managed by National Informatics Centre (NIC).
Several users took to Twitter and posted screenshots of the hacked website. But website was restored in few hours.
