Book My Chotu: Startup Offers Helpers to Stand in Queues at Banks, ATMs

An internet service named ‘Book My Chotu‘, based out of Delhi, has started offering ‘Chotu’ or errand young boys, to the people who are standing up in queues outside banking institutions and ATMS to obtain cash after the Narendra Modi government’s demonetization of Rs 1000 and Rs 500 old currency records.

‘Chotu’ means the little one; BookmyChotu has employed helpers who can keep one’s put in place a queue and exchange before their turn comes.

The service has recently been founded by Satjeet Singh Bedi, who is also the CEO of the company. Having been cited as saying that the concept struck him when his mother was ill and he needed money immediately.

BookmyChotu calls themselves as the ‘first on-demand assistant booking website’ that is providing ‘Chotus’ to stand in queues outside the banks and ATMS for you in Delhi and NCR.

Their services cost Rs 90 for an hour while hiring a ‘Chotu’ would cost you Rs 170 for two hours, Rs 260 for three hours, Rs 330 for four hours, Rs 380 for five several hours, Rs 450 for a six hours, Rs five-hundred for seven hours and Rs 550 for full eight hours.
