Android Operating System users on WhatsApps, you will soon be getting two news. These features have up to now been ‘iPhone-exclusive’, meaning were available only to WhatsApp users on Apple iPhones.

Inside the latest update for WhatApp beta for Android, the messaging platform finally makes buttons separate for the tone of voice and video calls. Concealed under the same button till now, users will get separate icons for both. The ‘new buttons’ are situated on the top right side of the app.

Along with this, the WhatsApp beta version 2.17.93 also shifts the attachment button from the top to the bottom. The icon for attachments is now positioned close to the camera icon, next to the concept box. The organization has also redesigned the bottom club. Earlier, the bar’s form resembled a dialogue package, with this update it gets a new capsule-like shape. The camera icon, which sits next to the attachment icon, too has been redesigned.

Currently, the changes are noticeable only in WhatsApp beta version for Android, but should soon reach all users.

Last month, WhatsApp introduced its Status feature that allows users to discuss photos, videos and cartoon GIFs with whoever choose, all of which will disappear in twenty-four hours.

The feature which is comparable to Snapchat Stories is being presented to WhatsApp’s 1.2 billion users across Android, iOS and Windows Phone platform. Jan Koum, CEO, and co-founder of WhatsApp wrote on his blog, “Starting today, we are rolling away from a fix to the position, which allows one to share images and videos with your friends and contacts on WhatsApp in a simple and secure way. Yes, even your position updates are end-to-end protected. ”
