The Buenos Aires Times writes that the suicide of a 12-year-old girl in Argentina, the circumstances of which the police are currently studying, can be associated with the sinister game of Momo. If the connection between the game and the death of the child is confirmed, then it becomes the first victim of the new “application”.
The police noted that the girl shot her actions on the phone just before suicide. The authorities suspect that someone urged her to die. Allegedly, according to the terms of the assignment, she had to undergo an “extreme test”, which ended in her death.

The network discusses that the new game is similar to the “Blue Whale”, which was distributed in the Russian segment of the Internet. She also encouraged teenagers to commit suicide. Psychiatrist Anna Basova told that teenagers come to them every year after trying to take their own lives. She notes that the reason is often the absence of adults at home, the child is left alone with him.
